KLCC/NPR Interview
Dina Pavlis gained much of the information for her book through firsthand experience working as a volunteer for the U.S. Forest Service. Dina spoke with KLCC's Andrew Bartholomew during the NPR show, Northwest Passage. The interview contains topics such as how the dunes were formed and why they are disappearing, wildlife found on the dunes, information about quicksand, and the explorations of Captain Cook.
